Obituary of Carol Mae Foster

Carol Mae Foster, longtime resident of Santa Cruz passed away after a six year hard fought battle against breast cancer on March 17, 2019 at the age of 83. 

Born on February 12, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Carol studied abroad in Italy, where she perfected her craft in sculpting as well as studying at Michelangelo’s Studios in Santa Cruz. Carol was known for her role as a Banker at Bank of California in 1970’s, then successfully dabbled in Real Estate. 

Carol will be remembered as the loving mother of Lee Larson, Karen (Raul) Mireles and Myron Larson. Proud grandmother of Dustin, Brandon, Jesseka, Anitra and Nikole. Great-Grandmother to Landon, Brooklyn, Leighton, Brantley and Riley. 

Carol loved golfing, traveling, going to the beach and her passion sculpting. All while entertaining her family and friends. Carol had a wonderful smile that could light up any room.
