The obituary describes your Mother perfectly. My Mom just adored her and they had so much fun together. I worked on the Heartscan crew, as well. Just being in your Mom's company made the day go faster. There was a side dish your Mom served at one of the dinner parties I attended. It was Hot Celery, which sounds horrible. but was quite delicious. I ran into your Mom, out and about in Santa Cruz, and as we were catching up I complimented her once again on that dish. And, she paused and said," I think I need that recipe back! It was good and I had forgotten how well it goes with anything." And, I said, " Yes, even a simple black dress!" She laughed and laughed. I hope your memories can sustain you through this transition without her. Sending you strength and comfort as each day passes.
