Obituary of Sharill Renee Robbins

Sharill "Renee" Robbins passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 from a traumatic brain injury. She passed peacefully at the San Jose Regional Medical Center. Her family will always remember her as a beacon of love and warmth who touched so many lives. No one who met her could forget her beautiful smile and bright spirit. She was a longtime resident of Aptos, CA. Sharill, fondly called by her middle name Renee, was born on September 20, 1955 in San Jose to William Snyder and Shari Hornbeck. Renee graduated from James Lick High School in 1974 and attended Canada College. She dedicated her life to caring for her children and her husband Steven, with whom she spent nearly 30 years. Her legacy of love is survived by her children, Patrick, Jennifer, David, and Daniel. Renee will also be remembered for being the proud and caring grandmother of Mason, Megan, Ashly, and Kaitlyn. Renee was a woman of many talents and enjoyed life to its fullest despite her struggle with many health problems. She was an avid fan of Disneyland where she made annual trips with her family. Renee also enjoyed sewing, crafts, community service, and animals. She was constantly giving to charities all throughout California and being recognized by family, friends, school and civic organizations for her selfless work. Renee is best known for her qualities of humility, selflessness, generosity, kindness and love. She always greeted those around her with a warm smile, positive and kind words, and left lasting impressions on many. Renee's family invites all to join in a celebration of her remarkable life at Twin Lakes Church in Aptos on February 5, 2011 at 1100 am.
