Obituary of Adele Louise Hill

Adele Louise Hill passed away on November 25, 2010 in Santa Cruz at the age of 77. Adele was born in Pasadena, Ca to Leslie Bishop Manton and Louise Elizabeth Manton. She graduated from Dorsey High School in Los Angeles, and then moved to Santa Cruz. Adele married her husband, Dudley Kinnear Hill in 1955. She worked as a bank officer, first at Farmers Merchants Bank, and then at Bank of America for 25 years, retiring in 1990. Adele is survived by her husband, Dudley, sons, Les Hill (Sandy) of Santa Cruz and Ron Hill (Pam) of Scotts Valley, daughter, Linda Hill of Santa Cruz, and grandchildren, Torrey, Tyler, Megan, Patrick and Bradley Hill. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Manton. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 from 4-8 p.m. at Benito and Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel, 1050 Cayuga St. in Santa Cruz. A Memorial Service will be held at High St. Community Church on Friday, December 3, 2010 at 2 p.m.
