Obituary of Steven Edward Dahlen

Services will be Saturday for Steven Edward Dahlen who passed away on April 8, 2011 in Santa Cruz. He was 61 years old. Steven was born in South San Francisco and raised in San Bruno. He attended and graduated from Capuccino High School and later the College of San Mateo, where he earned a Master's degree. Steven worked for many years at American Poultry. Steven participated in the Chicken's Ball. He was an avid sports fan, especially football. Also, he was involved in the Boy Scouts and he loved to go camping. Steven is survived by his daughter, Jenny Dahlen of Watsonville and his son Neal Dahlen of Boulder Creek, brothers, Ronald Dahlen of South San Francisco and Thomas Dahlen of Cathedral City, sisters, Carol McMillan of El Sobrante and LeAnn Voskes of LaHonda. A Graveside Service will be held for Steven on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Italian Cemetery, 540 F St. in Colma. Donations are preferred to the Alzheimers Association, 1060 La Avenida St. Mountain View, CA 94043.
