In my 30 years experience in selling commercial real estate Peter was the most intelligent land owner I had ever dealt with. He also had a big heart.

So many people will be so very sad so very long about losing Pete. For me, Pete was always a safety net, reliably there when burdens got heavy.

Peter,
In the last fourty-five years you were more than a good friend. You were a wise advisor, a sympathetic listener and staunch supporter. Much of my prosperity is a direct result your guidance. I will always remember.

Peter, it's been almost a year and I still can't believe you're gone. You were such a great landlord to me for 4 years. Thanks for teaching me how to float a floor and lay tile. And more importantly - you were like a 2nd Dad to me. I even got in trouble a couple of times. You were (and probably always will be) one of the nicest people I met during my 7 years in business in Capitola Village.
I'll miss our morning chats about politics, local gossip and the many stories you'd share. I think of you every time I drive by.
God bless you and your family always. Cathy

I will be forever grateful to Peter for renting two charming cottages on Soquel creek for our families to stay in when we were married at the Shadowbrook on Sept. 29, 1996. Peter was kind enough to give us an off-season rate and the charm and ambiance of the homes & creek (we "rowed" away in a kayak with cans attached) created precious, lifelong memories for our entire family. Thank you, Peter for your kindness and for sharing the beauty of your beloved Capitola.

Pete,
You were a good kid, and you grew into a GREAT man.
For much more than half a century (but who's counting), you always had a smile and a "Hey Terry!" for me. Oh, guess that means one of us is old. Thing is, as I wrinkle and sag, wobble and slow, day by day, you will remain forever young.
Lawn Way Kids FOREVER!
God Bless my friend.
