Obituary of Enrico Ernest Barilati

Enrico Ernest Barilati passed away peacefully on April 15, 2023. He was born on November 15, 1925 to Victor and Angelina Barilati. Enrico was a native of Scotts Valley, California. He attended Scotts Valley Elementary and graduated from Santa Cruz High. Throughout his life, Enrico lived in Scotts Valley and in Santa Cruz. He served in the US Army and worked as a carpenter and farmer. Enrico enjoyed hunting, gambling, football, trips to Lake Tahoe, deer bbq, bocciball. He attended Villa Maria Del Mar and Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
Enrico is survived by his daughters Barbara Rustad and Debbie Barilati; granddaughters Casandra Raven, Haily Rustad-Leal; grandson Joshua LeBarre; and great granddaughter Karli Raven; and great grandson Jax Raven.
Enrico is preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Sally Barilati and his brother, Joe Barilati. 
Funeral Mass will take place on May 8, 2023 at 11am at The Villa Maria Del Mar at 21918 E Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz, CA with Viewing to begin at 10am.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Native Animal Rescue on 17th Ave or SPCA Santa Cruz.
