Obituary of Margaret Jane Thurlow

Margaret Jane Thurlow - "Maghi" - born March 3, 1947 at Seattle, Washington - passed away June 21, 2012 at Santa Cruz, California after a valiant struggle with cancer. Survived by her partner Bar Lowenberg of Santa Cruz, her sister Elizabeth Whalen of Sioux Falls, SD, and many loving friends and family members, including the Lang family of Santa Cruz and Sacramento. Maghi devoted her life to learning and growth, and touched thousands of lives through her photography, her work as a Cranio-Sacral therapist, as a Process Painting student and teacher, and as a dedicated member of the Nonviolent Communication community. Maghi's tenacious spirit embraced opportunities and obstacles, without and within.
