Mark, I never met you but I feel like I know you a little bit through our common love of your sister Randi. Keep her safe and protected, and drop in on her from time to time. She loves and misses you dearly.

Mark came to visit me last year. It was a 14 hour long public transit journey to see me. I had no idea it took so long. Didn't really appreciate what he went through till I did the same trip in early May to see him in S.Cruz. He wanted to come pay a visit and hang with sis. He'd orchestrated this whole adventure as a little vacation, and to go see the band YES,who were playing at the Warfield. We caught the bus enroute to rent a car. He immediately became engaged in conversation with the bus driver. Everywhere we went that day he made friends with folks. He was so excited about the concert, and we had a wonderful time. It was a blast being with my brother again. I love you bro, please visit often, ok? I know you can, it was mom who was knocking the pics of you and she off the shelf,so I know you can contact me. I love you loveyouloveyouloveyou madly, madly, madly. Seastar

Bye Mark. We'll miss you in the SAN Lorenzo Valley. You always had a smile for everyone and gave new meaning to the term "character". Your gift of music did not go unnoticed by the locals in Boulder Creek. I'll tell Cheryl of your passing as I know she will get in touch with you. You always enjoyed the "Cheryl Show" as you called it. I'll never forget your delightful rendition of "spontaneous combustion" or your delightful spirit. I'm sure you're flying now to be with the Great Spirit in the Sky. Godspeed.

I heard of mark's passing tonight. I want to say he had a kind heart and a brilliant mind. It was the drugs that dulled his light. Last I had heard, he had overcome his addiction and was on the path again. I was happy to know. So, Rest In Peace. My friend, you are home. My condolences to all family and friends. Love Karen
