For many years I have known you through your beautiful daughter Pat. You helped me see where my future really should be. At that particular time, I didn't listen, but fortunately, I realized you had been right all along. Because you are the special person you are, I know you must be letting my Grandma know I'm doing better than okay now. Please know you will always be a part of me, for Pat is the most precious person I have in my life as she was in yours. Thank you for giving her to me and guiding her to be the most special person she is for us all.

Dear Ruth...You are being missed each and every day. So many things remind us of you. You blessed us as our most favorite neighbor for eleven and a half years. Having you next door as our children grew up was like having family close by. You inspired us with your upbeat, positive, kind heart. Your sense of humor and kind words were always refreshing. Your kind, patient, supportive soul will always be missed. How fortunate we are to have gotten to know you so well!

Its Me.
Even though we are apart for now, we are still joined at the hip.
You have been my friend, neighbor and my substitute mother. We laughed, we cried and joked around. You got me by phone one night saying, ITS ME. I said, see, we'er joined at the hip.
You will always be in my thoughts and in my heart.
I'll always remember the times we've had together.
You are now in pease and may god bless you for letting us be such good neighbors to each other.
Thanks for opening up your door and heart to me.
I miss you dearly.
Its me, Linda

Its Me. Ruth, every year we would drive around looking at Christmas decorations. Pat and I did it this year, knowing that that is what you would want us to do. We know that you are looking down at us,so this and every year you will be seeing the lights that have made you so happy every where you turned the corner the streets where so bright and colorfull and the smile on your face I'll always remember and the stopping to take pictures.Oh, how happy we were those nights. You will see us again through these lights from above.
Yes, I have Ewok with me, but he's also with you now.
God bless you. I miss you so much.

Ruth started as a financial planning client (but only after she ran my birth info. through her astrology sieve!). She ended up to be a good friend. I'm sorry to say we hadn't made contact for several years. Ruth was a caring, intelligent, funny - and fun-to-be-with woman for whom family always came first. She spoke lovingly and proudly of her children each time we met for lunch. Her generosity and kind spirit enriched our world.

Hi Sis
I am told that Emme kept a tender vigil for you for many hours. I came on Thursday to take her to her new home with me. (She was tucked into a far closet corner and not at all happy.) Linda helped me gatner all her things and we had a rather baleful ride back. I kept one shy and frightened cat in a separate room for two days and then she was ready to explore. My Shadow-cat was neither amused nor happy. The distant and much hisssssing detant has slowly become more tolerant with running passes and occasional growls. Emme is such a precious and dear cat. She purrs, she plays, she runs, she sleeps. She jumps up on Edie's lap and she is so sweet and Edie cannot resist her--and of course, neither can I. She is such a wonderful gift from you. I miss you sis but I have a piece of you here with me. I kept my promise.

It's Me. Happy Birthday Ruth.
I sure miss you. No lights on next door. O, how much I miss not seeing the light on for your signal for me to come on over. Your longtime neighbor and friend who still looks for your light. I'll remember you always.
