Obituary of Fondra Ann McConnell

Santa Cruz resident Fondra Anne McConnell, born August 12, 1969 in Downey California passed away December 10, 2010. Her sudden passing leaves her many family members and friends in shock and grief. Her infectious smile, generous heart and witty entertaining sense of humor will be missed by all who knew her. One of Fondra's greatest joys was her family. She is survived by her parents, Reuben Dale McConnell and Dixie Lynn Waugh; Loving grandmother, Joe Ann Waugh. daughters Savannah and Jazmin; siblings Darlene (McConnell) Shannon of Florida, Rachel, Josh and Amy McConnell of Placerville. Aunts Debbie Rodriguez and Donna Waugh; Uncle Bruce Waugh; Cousins Joey and Jamey Rodriguez and Trevor Johnson. Step-Mother Leslie McConnell, Mike and Jacob Sena, Moises Mena. She was preceded in death by her birth father, Phillip Volkoff and grandfather Bruce G. Waugh. Services will be held Monday December 20, 2010 at Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel, 1050 Cayuga St. in Santa Cruz at 1:00 pm with viewing from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Interment following at Oakwood Memorial Park, 3301 Paul Sweet Rd. in Santa Cruz and a gathering at 3553 Mission Dr., Santa Cruz.
