Obituary of Susan Christine Lee

Susan Lee Susan Christine Lee passed away unexpectedly in her home in Ben Lomond on May 10, 2011. Susan was born in Berkeley, California on November 27, 1951 to Bjarne and Gunvor Lee. She was a long time resident of Santa Cruz County, spending more then 30 years of her life here. Susan loved spending her time taking walks along West Cliff enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. Among other hobbies, Susan enjoyed writing as her creative outlet. Her family and friends meant everything to her. Susan was the kind of woman who treasured her family, and all the times she got to spend with them. Whether sharing a great laugh with her dry sense of humor or swapping stories, there was nothing that she would rather do then socialize with her friends, and create lasting memories with her family. She is survived by her son Joe and daughter-in-law Marie of Davis, CA; her brothers Richard of Bethal Island, CA, John of North San Juan, CA, and Gary of Fairoaks, CA; her sister Joanne Hargrove of Santa Cruz; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held on at the Center for Spiritual Living, 1818 Felt St., Santa Cruz, CA 95062, on Tuesday, May 17 at 2pm. Any donations can be made to Valley Churches United in Ben Lomond, CA in Susan's name.
