Obituary of Margaret Louise Rohlf

Margaret Rohlf passed away peacefully in Soquel on October 21, 2012. She would have celebrated her 89th birthday on November 19th. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mrs. Rohlf moved to California in 1944 and settled in West Covina. She was actively involved as a member of Order of the Eastern Star and served in various capacities of the lodge. She was a congregant of United Methodist Church in West Covina and then later in Santa Cruz. Mrs. Rohlf moved to the Santa Cruz area in 1998 to be near her son and leaves many friends and caregivers where she resided at Tradewinds Mobile Home Community, and most recently at Soquel Leisure Villa. She is survived by her sons, William Rohlf of Hempstead, New York, Richard Rohlf of Port Washington, Wisconsin, and Thomas Rohlf of Santa Cruz. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren Janine, Robin and Scott, and her great grandchildren Adam, Braden and Cera. She will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
