Obituary of Herlinda Espinoza Moreno

Herlinda Espinoza Oct 30, 1955 - April 30, 2013 Resident of Aptos Herlinda Espinoza Moreno passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, April 30th. Herlinda was born and raised in Coalcoman, Michoacan by her father Florentino Espinoza and mother Eva Moreno. She called Santa Cruz County home for the last 36 years. She was a cook at El Palomar Restaurant for the past 30 years. She loved cooking, cleaning, shoes, jewelry, makeup, fashion, hosting family gatherings & camping. She especially loved her family. She was preceded in death by her son Enrique Moreno. She is survived by her father Florentino Espinoza, her mother Eva Moreno, her brothers, Gerardo Espinoza, Jose Espinoza, Leonel Espinoza, Saul Espinoza, her sisters, Maria Espinoza Torres, Elsa Espinoza Martinez, Yaned Espinoza, Camelia Espinoza and Sonia Espinoza, her children, Edgar Moreno, Yaned Espinoza Godinez, Alejandra Rivas, Amanda Rivas, Enoc Rivas, Evita Rivas and Adriana Rivas, by 8 grandchildren and her cat Smokey. There will be a Viewing-12pm and Rosary-6pm on Tuesday May 7th at Pacific Gardens Chapel. Mass will be held on Wednesday May 8th at 11k:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, the entombment will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
