Obituary of Thomas M. Hudson

Thomas Michael Hudson passed away peacefully at his home on May 24th, 2011 at the age of 63. Tom was born on September 17, 1947 to Robert and Margarete Hudson in Hayward, CA. He graduated from Arroyo High School in San Lorenzo, and went on to serve in the U.S. Army in the 82nd and 101st Airborne as a Screaming Eagle Paratrooper and an infantry medic. Tom left the bay area and moved to Felton, CA in 1975, where he worked in construction. He worked at Lockheed- Martin in Bonny Doon for over 15 years before starting his own company in 1998. Tom was a member of the Ghost Mountain Riders motorcycle club. He loved riding his Harley, and went on several cross country motorcycle trips. He also enjoyed going to Raiders games, and was a season ticket holder for several years. His family, and many close friends were very dear to him, he loved having people over for barbeques and football. Tom is survived by his two sons Nathan Hudson (Kim) and Dane Hudson (Kacia); four grandchildren, Logan, Sydney, and Jacob Hudson, Asha Hudson; two step-grandchildren, Hailey and Brennen Walker; and his brothers Robert Hudson of Texas, and John Hudson of Isleton, CA. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25th, 2011, at the Zayante Fire Station 7700 East Zyante Rd. Felton, CA.
