Obituary of Nancy Macdonald

Nancy passed away peacefully at home on May 27, 2012. She was a lifelong resident of Santa Cruz born at the old Dominican Sisters Hospital which is now Branciforte Plaza to parents Duncan Boyd Macdonald and Lucile Macdonald. She graduated from Santa Cruz High and attended Cabrillo College. She was a lover of all animals but especially horses and dogs. She was a Certified Obedience Dog Trainer and had a champion dog, Skeeter. She was a member of Congregational Church of Soquel. She was preceded in death by her parents. Nancy is survived by her sisters Joan Macdonald and Joyce Trybom (David). Her nieces Cheryl Broadnax, Alison Lucas (Scot), Emily Hanson (Chris) and her nephew Brian Trybom (Stavi). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, great nephews and a great niece. Memorial service will be held at Congregational Church of Soquel on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 11:00 am 4951 Soquel Drive, Soquel, CA 95073. Arrangements are being handled by Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel.
