Obituary of Katheryn Louise Baer

K. Louise Baer died on January 29, 2013 in Santa Cruz, CA. She was born Sept. 6, 1925 in Fresno, CA. She attended UOP and left after her junior year. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and her bridge group. She worked for the San Joaquin County welfare dept. for 24 years. Louise was married to Robert S. Baer for 49 years. Surviving are her son, Kirk S. Baer (Debbie) of Portola, daughter, Kendra Lueke (Kelley) of San Jose, and daughter, Kim Watson (Fritz) of Soquel, sisters Merilyn Cooper of Castro Valley and Barbara DeVecchio of Santa Maria, and grandchildren Jamie, Scott, Andria, Tom, and Ida. A Memorial Service will be held for Louise on Saturday, February 16th, at Pacific Gardens Chapel (1050 Cayuga St. Santa Cruz 95062) beginning at 1:00 p.m.
