Obituary of Jesus Delgadillo

Jesus C. Delgadillo passed away on February 8, 2011. He was 67. Jesus was born in San Juan Cosala, Jalisco, Mexico to Alberta Calvario and Cornelio Delgadillo. He relocated to Santa Cruz, Ca and worked for the West Food Mushroom Company, Santa Cruz Camp, and Lucky Grocery Store for 20 years. Jesus enjoyed going to the flea market every weekend. He loved watching soccer games, and was a big fan of Chivas soccer team. He attended Star of the Sea Church and was a member of the Elderday Club. Jesus is survived by his wife of 23 years, Rosa Morales; his son, Daniel Delgadillo; daughters, Lucia and Fatima Delgadillo; his nieces, Q'Orianka Torres and Patty Gutierrez; nephews, Alberto Casillas, Rigoberto Delgadillo, Rodrigo Gutierrez, Alvaro Gutierrez, and Samuel Delgadillo. A Visitation will be held for Jesus at Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel, 1050 Cayuga St. in Santa Cruz, on Tuesday, February 15th from 9am until 8pm, with a Rosary Service scheduled at 7pm. The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 16th beginning at 10am at Star of the Sea Church, 515 Frederick St. in Santa Cruz.
