Obituary of Frank Thomas

Frank Thomas, 85 went home to be with the Lord on June 24, 2012. He was born in Slaughter, Louisiana on August 31, 1926. Frank was a member at the Word of Life Church of God in Christ in Santa Cruz, Ca. under the pastorship of Pastor E.L. Brown. He worked full time for Santa Cruz Parks & Recreation for many years-which he loved. Frank loved fixing things, especially cars. He was always happy, had a smile on his face, was very outgoing, and could talk to anyone-even if he didn't know you personally. Frank Thomas is survived by his loving wife Esther Mae Thomas for 66 years, his son John Thomas of Santa Cruz, Ca, eight daughters: Doris Thomas of Santa Cruz, Ca., Anna Jones of Modesto, Ca., Joyce Palmer of Santa Cruz, Ca., Ruby Brown of Santa Cruz, Ca., Yevona Thomas of Santa Cruz, Ca., Saundra Kruse of Fairfield, Ca., Julie Thomas of Milpitas, Ca., thirteen grandchildren, & thirteen great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his oldest daughter, Carol Williams. Services will be held Tuesday July 3, 2012 at 11AM at The Circle Church on 111 Errett Circle, Santa Cruz, Ca. Officiating the service will be Pastor E.L. Brown.
