Obituary of Patricia E. Wood

Services are planned to say farewell to our loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Patricia Wood who passed away in Santa Cruz at the age of 83. Born in Monticello, Kentucky to Russell Lewis Wilson and Lytha Mae Alexander, she was one of seven children: BJ, Robert, Jack, Carolyn, Shirley and Rusty.

Pat had a deep love for music and was gifted with a beautiful voice.  Fond memories will always be cherished of the family gatherings with Pat singing and playing music with her siblings. She was also a talented cook and enjoyed preparing meals for loved ones, friends, and folks she met that would soon be her friends too.

Pat became a mother to seven children of her own and to several children who would need her to be their mom too.  She leaves her three sons, Kevin, Anthony, and David; her three daughters: Pamela, Lisa June, Annette; 13 grandchildren, Garrett, Dylan, Jennifer, Samuel, Tricia, Dana, Toni Ann, Grace, Sabrina, Ricky, Jason, Erica, Sophia; and nine great grandchildren: Wyatt, Christian, Abel, Maddie, Jordan, Ezekiel, Danielle, Lauren and Jayden.  Pat was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Marlene.
