Dear Toni and Fred,
We are so sorry we cannot be with you during this time to give you hugs, but we hope you know how much love we have for you and your family. The impact your Mom has had on so many brings many happy memories. Louise was a beautiful woman. I (Joanne) think of her when I shop and laugh at the fact she always bought one of the same item in every color! She always looked so nice thanks to Toni’s touch ! Even when she was sad or not feeling well she managed to have that radiant smile. Louise also had a way of understanding people. She seemed to observe alot and she was always thinking deeply. I loved to have conversations with her. I can Imagine her happiness being reunited with Charlie. They were models to all of us what it means to be committed to another person. Last of all Toni and Fred you were so dedicated to Louise. She carries your love with her for a very happy eternity. Be at peace knowing her love is with you always.
Love,Joanne and Bob

Dear Toni and Fred
Elisa told us Louise passed away.
We are very sad and offer you our condolences!
We never met her but Elisa always told us a lot of beautiful things about her!
We loved her just as we love you because, even if we never met , Ely told us
how wonderful you are.
You and your family are a great example of love for all of us!
You always love, encourage and support each other and this makes you special
people!
Louise is now with the angels she loved so much and she will always watch
over all of you!
Sorry for my bad english.
A big hug to all of you.
Gabriella e Bruno, Laura, Marilena e Anna.

Dear Toni and Fred,
We were so sorry to hear of Louise’s passing last Thursday.
What a significant detail that she left for heaven one day after the 15th anniversary of your father’s passing, what a loving sign from your mother!
I feel very privileged to have met all 4 of your parents throughout the years, and most recently saw Louise at Vince and Pel’s reception.
I remember that David and I rode the tractor with Louise and her caregiver from the house down to the tented area.
We all enjoyed the excitement of the unpredictably bumpy ride, everyone was smiling and laughing as we shared that unique moment together as “VIP passengers” headed to the reception!
What a challenging time we are in with the Covid-19 virus - with so many rules for us to keep our distance - when nothing is needed more than to hold someone’s hand at the end.
We know that you both devoted so much towards making sure that Louise was well cared for and happy, especially after she had to leave San Carlos.
Your concern and caring has been an inspiration to us both throughout the years as we continue to look after our own parents on a daily basis.
David and I wanted to include these passages for you to read as you are going through this sad time together.
With our thoughts and prayers,
Hugs from Lori and David XO
Life Is Like A Journey On A Train
Life is like a journey on a train… with its stations… with changes of routes… and with accidents!
At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel on our side.
However, at some station our parents will step down from the train, leaving us on this journey alone.
As time goes by, other people will board the train; and they will be significant i.e. our siblings, friends, children, and even the love of our life.
Many will step down and leave a permanent vacuum.
Others will go so unnoticed that we don’t realize that they vacated their seats!
This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells.
Success consists of having a good relationship with all the passengers…requiring that we give the best of ourselves.
The mystery to everyone is:
We do not know at which station we ourselves will step down.
So, we must live in the best way – love, forgive, and offer the best of who we are.
It is important to do this because when the time comes for us to step down and leave our seat empty –
we should leave behind beautiful memories for those who will continue to travel on the train of life.
I wish you a joyful journey for the coming year on the train of life. Reap success and give lots of love.
More importantly, thank God for the journey!
Lastly, I thank you for being one of the passengers on my train!
